Details: A Christmas Tree Labyrinth: Walk in Wonder
Date: December 28 - January 4 (Evenings Only) Time: Admission: Suggest donation of $5 (optional) Location: The Center for the Arts Parking Lot
The Chewelah Center for the Arts proudly presents Chewelah’s first-ever Christmas Tree Labyrinth, offering the community a unique post-holiday experience.
What is a Christmas tree labyrinth? Unlike a maze, which has dead ends, a labyrinth is a peaceful, symbolic path that guides participants on a contemplative walk toward the center and back. Traditionally used during Advent, this reflective journey creates space for calm, spiritual meditation. At the heart of the labyrinth, participants will discover an uplifting message and a small token of appreciation to carry home.
Designed by Paula Randall, the labyrinth is crafted from donated Christmas trees. Paula shares her inspiration, saying, "I wanted to give people something simple and joyful to do after all the holiday chaos." Community members are invited to bring their undecorated trees to the Center for the Arts on December 26 and 27.
Each evening, guests can enjoy the warmth of a small fire pit, where hot cocoa, hot cider, and s'more kits will be available for purchase.
Come walk in wonder, and find a moment of peace as the year draws to a close. nightly till the 4th of January

Imagine what a Chewelah Wedding & Events Alliance could do for your business & for our community! This is an invitation to the first conversation about creating exactly that.
GROW TOGETHER: CHEWELAH WEDDINGS & EVENTS
A fun, casual, and collaborative brainstorm. We'll provide the coffee and connection; you bring your ideas, expertise, and enthusiasm.
The goal? To walk out with a plan for the next steps and the energy to make the Chewelah Valley the most sought-after event destination in the region.
This is the first-ever call to gather all the creative, independent folks who make events magical. We’re talking about a powerful alliance that can:
* Co-Promote & Get Seen. Create a single, powerful destination website and marketing that attracts couples from Spokane and beyond.
* Become a trusted network. When a bride books a venue, she can confidently be referred to a list of amazing local musicians, caterers, photographers, bakers, and more.
* Have a powerful presence. Chewelah could vend at events, like the Spokane Wedding Show in March, that would be too much to do alone.
