Become a Community Partner

Organizations and businesses that become Community Partners can:

  • Whitelist multiple email addresses for direct submissions, bypassing moderation.
  • Get their logo & link featured on the calendar website.
  • Have a preferred venues added to the quick selection list in submissions.
  • May request access to the base Google Calendar.

Community Partner Agreement(Required)

We agree to the terms outlined in Section 2.1 & Section 7 of the Partners' Memo of Understanding.

  • Add a link on their website to the Community Calendar (in the main navigation, when possible).
  • Assign someone to receive periodic moderation requests (managed via a Google group email).
  • Promote the calendar on their social media.
  • Participate in occasional email-based decision-making for guidelines, promotions, and expenditures.
  • Attend an annual partners meeting to review guidelines, success, and goals.

Please list the name and email address of the person who will serve as your partner representative. They will assist with event moderation and communicate with the calendar partners for decision making. This is the email address that will be added to the calendar@chewelahcreates.org email list.

Event Submission Contact

This is the email address that will be WHITELISTED to bypass moderation when adding events to the calendar. This can be the same as the partner representative, or it can be another person/email address.

Logo & Link for the Website

Provide your logo and the url of your website. Logo files should not be larger than 800px x 800px. Transparent is preferred.
Accepted file types: png, jpg, Max. file size: 300 MB.

Add Venues (Optional)

You can add one or more venues to the quick select list on the event submission form. Please list a title and the physical address of the venue.

Additional Contacts (Optional)

You can add more people to the Calendar Partnership group email or the whitelist to submit events. Please list those here.
